Since I decided to set up my website, I realized all the work that comes into creating a site. Even though I am majoring in Business, I realized that I also want to take website design. I am learning html codes to create this site, and actually it started to get me confused, but I know I have to try my hardest to make this dream become a reality. I know at the end with all this stress it will be worth while.

-February 20, 2008After working on my site, I noticed something of me that I did not realize it was happening, weight!!!! I truly believe not to judge a book by it's cover. Only, that this is different, it's me. I am very picky with me, and even though I don't agree that you have to starve yourself to fit in, I realized that you should be in a healthy weight. Here it is 197 pounds for a 5'1' woman. I wanted to share this with my site visitors, and I want to tell you about it. I decided to go on a diet, and I want you to be a part of it. If there is someone who wants to join me, the more the merrier....I am going to start this day, and I hope that with excerise, and calorie control I can reach my goal. I do ask you one thing is to consult you doctor before going on any diet. If you reach your goal share with me, and with your permission I can share it with everyone else....I will post back on the date I am going to start....

-March 14, 2008Ok. I have not been able to quite finish my site, but I am almost there. I realize that to some people it's much easier and faster, but having my family and school it harder for me. I am determined to finish, and on making my site successful..Let's see.

-April 1, 2008I wanted to add this entry to my blog. I was very young when I first heard this song, but it still makes me feel goosebumps when I hear it. I was born in the 1970"s, and this song came out in th 80's. Who heard of this song TRUE from Spandau Ballet!!!! This song is awesome. I actually heard this in the movie Sixteen Candles with Molly Ringwald and cutie pie Jack Ryan (Micheal Shoeffling) Here is the song that made the clip from Sixteen Candles such a memorable moment for me, enjoy and remanize...

-April 16, 2008Something happen to me today at work, and maybe you went through it too. I have a government job, and I actually really love it. The only thing is that at some point you reach a certain age, and you feel that you need to be in a certain job. I know I made the right choice to go back to college, and I hope to finish soon. Now, I see how important it is to have a college education. The good thing is that is never to late to go back to school. If I can advice you on one thing, that will be to graduate high school and go to college.
Anyways, going back to what happend to me today. I currently work in a department that I hope I am not there to long, and to be honest is not challenging. I was hoping by this time to be in a position that was more fun, and at the same time challenging. Well, I walked in today and to my surprise they are interviewing for a position that I wanted to be working in. Ok, how can that be I been working in the department for a year, and they did not tell me they were interviewing. The person they interviewed was not even there full time. I really like this person, and to be honest I am glad she is going to continue working with us. She is a special person, and I learned a lot from her. I just can't help feeling cheated. I realize that she has a lot of experience, and her attitude is superb ( not that mine isn't). After awhile I realized that this experience will make me work harder to achieve my goals. Who knows I may get there soon. I still can't help feeling disappointed, though.

-April 17, 2008Today, is my anniversary!!!! I have been married for 11 years. We were married on 4/17/97, and I just want to take the time to tell my husband "Happy Anniversary". I also want to tell you that I love you, and I hope to have many more years with you. Thank You, for being my friend, a great father for our children, and a great husband.

-May 20, 2008Today, I had to go to a class a work "How to Control Your Emotions at the Work Place". This was a mandatory class that was required by are Manager. The only think I can say is that I am happy I went. The instructor was awesome!!!! The way she explained the class was so nice. She is an M.D, but is the way she explained it that really blew me away. She was so positive, and she phrase life in such an easy way that I wanted to share it with you, here it goes "What you put out into the world is what you will get back. If you want love in you life, be loving to others. The more positivity you put out into the world, the more you will get back. Similarly, the more judgment you put out, the more judgment (negativity) you will receive." This sounds very familiar "The Secret", but is these words she used that really made understand this concept. Basically, if you want to be happy in this world you have act happy to everyone around you. If you think about it is really easy to do it, just believe in yourself. Thank you very much DR. F.L. you have been added to my inspirational list...

-June 6, 2008I wanted to take this time to congratulate my mother on passing her citizenship exam; this means that she is now an American citizen of the United States. She is very excited, and I understand how she feels. We been leaving in the United States for more then 30 years, and all I can say is that I love being in this country, the land of opportunities. I became a citizen 11 years ago, and I am very proud to be a citizen of this country, and be considered an American. My whole family are all citizens, accept for my younger brother who was born here; how lucky is he.

September 22, 2008Ok so I have not been writing on my journal since August. I have a lot of things to tell you, though. First, I am very excited and blasted because I got a permotion. Going to to college really pays off and I am proof. I work in a really cool place and I am very blessed to of had this opportunity. I will you keep you posted on how it goes:)
For now I want to take this opportunity and wish my sister a "Happy Birthay" "I love you sis".

March 12, 2009So I've been having a hard time losing weight. After many weeks of watching what I eat, I am about to give up. I came to realize that the only person who is going to get me through this, is me. I cannot give up and I must not give up. I have to realize that I have to lose weight for my health. I want to share something with you. I found this website that I thought it has alot of educational material. The thing that I found most interesting was the educational information on resistance training. Check this website out, and let me know what you think.
